Velvety Hot Chocolate

This is the best hot chocolate ever!

Ingredients

1/4 c. unsweetened dark cocoa powder
5 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. 1 percent milk

Directions
Blend the dark cocoa powder and sugar in a small bowl. Mix in 3 Tbsp. of milk. In a small sauce-pan, heat remaining milk until hot but not scalding. Add cocoa mix and blend well. Pour hot cocoa into four cups and serve with dark chocolate shavings. Enjoy!

I'll try this as soon as it gets cold around here. By the way, I fell in love with your Tuscan chicken when I was at Lisa's house and made it for Chad last week with just one change--I didn't have the special seasoning, so I put in some salsa instead. It tasted like a chicken enchilada but waaay better.

I can't wait for Thanksgiving at your place!

I just made this--with regular cocoa powder, and half milk and half cream (that was prolly a little too much). Yum!
